2. Job description
Plan and coordinate the establishment, documentation, implementation, certification and maintenance
of the EHS management system.
• Oversee EHS daily activities
• Review EHS documents and records
• Update EHS documents
• Coordinate EHS inspection
• Determine applicable law and regulation
• Standard requirements from interested parties (customer, local authorities, etc.)
• Coordinate and perform EHS audits (site, office, sub-contractor)
• Review EHS performance and statistics
• Review applicable law and regulation and evaluate their compliance
• Follow-up corrective and preventive action
• Conduct EHS regular meeting
• Report EHS activities to Indonesia Manpower Department
• Conduct management review determining and reviewing annual EHS plan (inspection, audit,
training, management review)
• Arrange and attend surveillance audit from Lloyds
3. Job requirements & Qualification:
• Min. diploma or Bachelor
• Min. 5 years experience in implementing and maintaining QEHS management system to ISO 9001, ISO
14001 and OHSAS 18001
• License/Certification required: Lead Assessor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or OHSAS 18001) and AK3
• Other skills required: Firefighting and First aider
• Supervisory responsibility: supervise 1 (one) EHS Inspector
Working condition/Environment:
• Office (EHS documentation review and update, audit and inspection, training and meeting)
• Site (EHS audit and inspection, coordinate action to comply customer site EHS specific requirements)
% of time on job duties:
• EHS planning (10%),
• EHS documents review and update (40%)
• Audit and inspection (30%)
• Training (15%) and meeting (5%)
