Essay On A Trip
1. Essay On A Trip
On this weekend, we had the Haa field trip. This trip is the most dangerous experience I have had during the time I spent in Bhutan. We left RTC
compass on Friday morning. The way to Haa took us 4 hours, relatively short compared to the trip to Gasa, but it's still exhausting. We first visited
Tshewang's home in Haa. He told us his family travelled a lot in the previous time. They will travel with all the life supplies and animals they have.
The animals include horses and cows. These animals eat grasses really fast, and they always need to travel in order to eat. I guess the life they had
before was very tough, yet it is just a feeling not until we experienced it ourselves. After leaving Tshewang's house, our next plan is to camp on the
mountain and to hike on the next day. On the way to the...show more content...

morning, the sun came out. I was happy since my clothes got pretty much dry after being hanged in the tent for whole night. However, Tshewang told
us there will be more rain we saw the sun. I then missed the trip to the cattle farm. I believed the most important thing for a trip is to be safe. When
we face the nature, we are so powerless without the protection of technology and knowledge. Not long, the group returned back and we decided to
stay at Tshewang's home for the rest one and half days. We had another tough trip getting back. However, we survived. I appreciate the experience
that we had. It makes me realized the easy life we have right now. Yet, I still suggest the Haa trip to be cancelled in the future, or the travellers should
be prepared more. We are lucky that the Budda blessed us on this trip, but in the future, if any accident happens, the loss can be

Project: Let's Hit the Road!
A field trip is a tour by students to gain firsthand knowledge away from the classroom, as to a museum, a factory, a geological area, or to an
environment of certain plants and animals.
Field trips can connect schoolwork with the world, making it tangible and memorable. It stimulates questions and ideas at the beginning or end of a

4. Descriptive Essay On Travel To Germany
Auf Wiedersehen means goodbye in German and they were the last words I said to my father as I boarded my flight to Germany during the
Thanksgiving weekend. While boarding the plane, many thoughts surged through my brain like "Why am I doing this" and "What will my trip
be like?" To reassure myself, I remembered the reason why I was taking this trip. The main reason was to experience the world and all of its
wonders starting with the country I know most about, which is Germany. All I could think of while on the plane was my planned itinerary and
what I did to get here. The idea of traveling to Germany during my Thanksgiving break came from my experience learning about German History
through my college course. It revamped feelings I have had about Germany since my high school years and I wondered what it would be like to travel
there. From these feelings, the travel idea materialized in my head. However, before I could make a decision, I decided to do some research. I already
knew that I was going to visit Munich and Heidelberg because of their rich history and beautiful scenery. I also decided that I would be traveling out
of O'Hare International Airport on a Friday because I knew the layout of that airport, since I have traveled frequently with this airport, and my parents'
house is approximately two hours away from this airport.
While exploring Expedia with this specific information, I found a flight from Aer Lingus that cost $ 1,480.93 roundtrip with one stop in

5. My Trip To India Essay
My trip to India was an astonishing experience, one that I will not forget ever. The country has lots to offer in many different ways, some being culture,
nature and culinary ventures to explore, but also the poverty, pollution and begging going on down there.
In India, the variety in social life is amazing. There are diversities of ethnic, economic, religious, class and cast groups all within the Indian society.
The cast system has made Indians very obsessed over rank and status. Social relations often start with measuring the person based on caste, ethnic
group or rank and how they are related to each other in a certain way according to the cast rules. The country of India occupies the greater part of
South Asia, and it is a constitutional republic consisting of 29 states, each of these states have some degree of control over its own affairs. They also

Most of the people were walking om the roads to get by. The beach in Juhu Mumbai look really pleasing and you would want to go take a dip if you
saw it, but no one is allowed to swim there. You would also maybe be scared away from the beach because of the bad smell.
I also went to Elephanta Island via boat which took about 45 minutes. On the island there were old caves with interesting old statue carvings inside.
The monkeys were really lame to deal with. Some of the tourists had their packs of chips and crackers snatched from them by these monkeys, and they
jumped around like crazy which scared us. We didn't receive any warning about these monkeys.
Overall I would not recommend traveling to the most populated areas of India, however once you get outside the cities things become much more
pleasurable. There is not as much pollution there, and you can actually walk to places where there are no people and experience the rich nature India

6. Essay On Family Trip
Have you ever gotten on a family trip and wondered if it could possibly change the way you perceive life? Well, let me tell you that this exact matter
happened to me the last Fourth of July. When you are in your teenager years a person only thinks of one point and that's you, yourself, and you again.
That's what I had on my mind before going to this marvelous trip, but how I saw my future before I went, and how I saw it when I came back and
were very different. How could a mere and inoffensive family trip become such an important change in my life?
The twilight of the trip, what a baloney; or so I thought. Everything began on Friday the 1rst of July in the Miami Bay, All the cruises where standing

first time on a cruise, and not to mention my first time swimming with sharks.
The next element that called my attention was something called the White party, it consisted of a truly big party on the deck of the boat where
every single person was supposed to dress in white and greed the captain and the crew. The next day we went to a private island, regardless to say
that it had also been my first time on a private island, it was a paradise like place. There everyone was doing fun activities, surfing, snorkeling, and

My Trip to Mexico On a nice hot day, my sister and I were in our small room of our apartment. There was clothes all over our white room floor. We
were packing up our clothes and getting ready to go to Mexico. Once we left our house we turned off the light from our small room, we looked
back and now our small room was dark and empty. All that was left was our bed and my older sister 's clothing. We finally got to the airport. In the
airport we met up with my two aunts, named Vicky and Anna. We also met up with our cousin, Katie. We waited hours and hours for the 1st plane to

Once we headed to the beach we ran straight into the water we put on our goggles and it was so pretty. I saw hermit crabs walking around on the
ocean's floor. I was so surprised at how clear I was able to see the sea animals and shells. We got beautiful shells from the seashore. These shells
were big and beautiful colors and patterns on them. After 3 hours of being at the beach we went back to my aunt's house. We watched TV the rest
of the day and then fell asleep. The next days were similar to the first two, we would eat breakfast, go to the beach, go to stores, come home, eat, watch
t.v, and sleep. The last day we went to the beach I was so happy and sad that this was going to be our last time at this beach. While we were getting
wet, my sister and cousin got out of the water very fast. "Where are you guys going?" I asked. "There is a sh..sh..sh..shark!" They both yelled.
"Where?'' I asked. "It is like fifteen feet away from you" said my cousin, Katie. I turned around and looked. "That is a dolphin," I said. "Okay whatever

8. Descriptive Essay On A Trip To The Mountains
I have known a place tucked away in the Blue Ridge mountains for a majority of my life. My family and I take an hour and a half long drive up to
the mountains almost every weekend. Although the drive is always tiring, the final destination is always worth the trip. Personally, my family
calls this place a second home. As a result of the cabin, my appreciation for nature grew and I started to learn the path to gaining a more peaceful,
enjoyableapproach to life. Up in these mountains is a cabin: a sanctuary built for relaxation. As I approach the cabin, I'm immediately greeted by a
gentle breeze that makes my cheeks redden and my smile grow. The breeze continues to blow and the trees sway slightly to produce a song
created from the swaying of the Evergreen trees that rub against each other, and the leaves sliding across the dry ground. On lucky days , the
bellowing whistle of the train blows greets us and combines with the sound of the wind to create the music of fall in the mountains. Stopping in my
tracks, I look around in awe to see all of the colors under the sun mixing together in the trees to form the perfect mixture of bright yellows, wine
colored reds, golden browns, pale greens, and dull or extravagant oranges. Ordinarily, a slight mist will ascend from the river and form at the top of
the mountain, giving it a mystical appearance that came right out of a book. This mist slowly fogs my glasses as the cold air meets my flushed skin;
however, I don't remove my

9. Descriptive Essay Trip
In 2004 my dad, brother and I planned a trip with our South African friend, Fritz, to visit his home country. He acted as unofficial tour guide and
cultivated the trip of a lifetime. The memories created during nearly two weeks abroad will stay with me and shape the rest of my life. At twelve
years old I traveled over 36 hours from Atlanta, Georgia to South Africa. This amazing trip started with an overnight stay in Kruger National Park and
a wildlife safari. We were warned of the vicious packs of hyenas, the stampeding elephants, and infamous lions. The beautiful wildlife was just the
beginning of amazing sights and experiences. Next we took an adrenaline filled Zipline tour rushing through lush jungle, hiked to magnificent
waterfalls and views from God's window. My experiences in the African savanna and jungle fortified my desire for adventure, hiking, exploring and
love of the wilderness. Traveling towards the city I thought the road signs warning of carjackers in remote areas would be the most shocking memory
of South Africa. Nothing could have prepared me for what the City of Gold exposed to me. We attended school with Fritz's nieces, learned a few
Africans terms and interacted with kids our age. This all white school where thirteen year olds showed off their new bellybutton rings is a stark
contrast to the atmosphere in the Soweto.
An educational tour of the history infused Soweto was imperative in justifying missed school days. Located just south of

11. My Favorite Trip
Last year, my mother took a trip to Italy for an entire month. While in Italy, she had the chance to see many fascinating things including the Roman
Coliseum. She visited the most beautiful beach on the Caribbean Sea with white sand and crystal clear water and while swimming there, she got to
see a rare species of fish called the Parrotfish. Rome, Florence, and Venice were just some of the many places she visited while on her Italian trip.
While in Rome, she bought a replica of the Roman Empire's old battle helmets and stood outside of the coliseum to take a picture. She tasted authentic
Italian cuisine including the Italian version of my favorite food, Bacon Cheese Fries. When she came back home, she told me all about the culture of
Italy and told stories that she heard from the locals. She said that the way they live there is very different from here in America. I want to take a trip
to Italy so I can take a picture with and explore historic landmarks that Italy is known for, I want to taste authentic Italian cuisine from its natural place,
and I want to take a fishing trip to the Mediterranean Sea to catch exotic fish .
To begin with, I want to see many of the landmarks that Italy is known for. My personal favorite is the Leaning Tower of Piza because of how the
structure leans to one side and it's unlike any building. I want to stand underneath the leaning side and take a picture making it look like the tower was

12. I was packing for my trip to England! I was the most excited I had ever been! I had wanted to visit London, England ever since I knew what it was.
I was ecstatic that I had won a trip from J.K. Rowling, the author of books that I had cherished since 2nd grade, and I couldn't wait to spend days
with my aunt, the person that read the books to me and was one of the best people I knew. An all expense paid trip with one of my favorite people
to a destination I dreamed of ever since I could talk was unimaginable and yet, it was about to happen! My aunt Lindsay arrived on Wednesday
morning. "Are you ready for the best thing ever?" She already knew the answer but I smiled brightly, assuring both of us that we were about to have
the best time of our lives. I wheeled my overpacked suitcase outside and put it in my grandma's trunk. Once my grandma dropped us off at the airport
around 8:00 a.m. Lindsay and I enjoyed our overpriced starbucks coffee as we fantasized about the amazing things about to occur. We boarded the
plane and headed off on our 10 hour flight to London. The only solution we could find to fill this 10 hour time frame was a Harry Potter movie
marathon. We watched movies until our eyes hurt. We were halfway through the 5th movie when our plane landed in the London City Airport around
8 p.m. which was midnight London time. We took a taxi to our hotel and I gazed out the grimy window at the beautiful city that I had only seen
pictures of before. When we got to our room at the Shangri–La Hotel we were welcomed with more breathtaking views of the London skyline. We fell
asleep quickly. I found it ironic how tired a day of doing virtually nothing could make you feel. The next day I woke up to an alarm at 11:00. The
four hour time difference was going to take some time to adjust to. Lindsay and I ordered some room service breakfast. It was some of the best
french toast I had ever had. We got ourselves ready and we were headed out of the hotel to begin our first full–day in London! Our first stop on the trip
was to the Covent Garden District, a shopping center in London. My aunt was telling me that the square was designed by Inigo Jones and in 1661 a
small market was introduced. The market was

13. Essay On Road Trip
What would the United States be like without road trips? Road trips have been a vital part of the history of America. Road trips have helped
Americans explore the vast lands that make up the US. These people take these trips for family vacations, solo vacations, business, to move to a new
location, to escape. These trips help people gain a better understanding of people and different cultures within their own country. This question is posed
in David Campany A Short History of the Long Road "Is America imaginable withoutthe road trip?"(p.8) Without people exploring the land and
having a desire to move and start new many towns and cities would not have been started. People like to explore and see new things that they may not
have in their birthplaces. This sense of exploring is what drives the American road trip.
When cars like the Model T helped people afford their own car people wanted to travel. They wanted to take family trips or leave behind their old lives.

14. My Vacation to Nassau, Bahamas
When I was in eighth grade I went on my first trip out of the country to Nassau, Bahamas. Going on this trip was one of the most exciting and
unforgettable times of my life. Not only was it a fun experience, it was also the first time I realized that I love traveling. While there I was lucky
enough to visit many places, such as Blue Lagoon Island and the beautiful Atlantis Resort, and immerse myself in the Bahamian culture. My time in
The Bahamas was not my only great memory from that trip. The journey to get to The Bahamas itself was also quite interesting.
There was only one week before I left for my trip to the Bahamas. My dad had already booked our trip and he told me we were staying in the little
hotel across the street from the Atlantis Resort in Nassau, Bahamas. To be honest I was pretty upset about it. Although before leaving for our vacation
I was given the great news from my dad that we were not staying at the hotel across from the resort and we were actually staying at the huge
Atlantis Royal Towers section of the Atlantis Resort with a great view. This news had completely brightened my day. Two days after finding out the
fantastic news we left for the airport at around three o'clock in the morning. We flew out of O'Hare International Airport so we had to ride on a tram
to get the airport where something happened that, to me, is rather coincidental. Since it was only three in the morning there was no one on the tram
except for my parents and I, along with a young couple. Once we got off the tram we made our way to the gate for our flight to Miami, Florida to
board the connecting flight to Nassau. When we got on the plane we recognized the people in our row as the same young couple we saw on the tram
earlier in the morning! After landing and making our way to the connecting flight we noticed that the young couple from the flight was going to the
Bahamas as well. I just thought that the encounter was a pretty interesting coincidence and is something that I will probably remember for quite a while.
After experiencing the memorable and somewhat coincidental journey to the Bahamas we decided to take a boat from Nassau to Blue Lagoon Island.
I would describe Blue Lagoon

One of the greatest ways to learn about the world around us is to take a trip to visit new places. This past summer, I flew from my home in Florida to
take a road trip with my aunt from Roanoke, Virginia. We went to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was an amazing experience to be able to visit the place
where my family originated.
Our trip started in Roanoke where my aunt and I made our way to Canada driving through the night. Unfortunately, since it was dark, I was unable to
see anything. I did, however, get to have time to talk with my aunt and get to know her a little better. After a long eleven hour drive, we finally made
it to our Canadian destination. After resting a few hours at another aunt's house in Milton, I was ready to become tourist for a few days. My first stop

Niagara Falls is the largest waterfall by volume in North America; and is one of the largest tourist attractions. Even though it was extremely
crowded making viewing difficult; the experience was worth the inconvenience. I was able to walk around and see some of the area surrounding the
falls. The town of Niagara has great places to shop, as well as, wonderful restaurants. I enjoyed spending time with both of my aunts and one uncle.
