in the 20th century. By the 1950 's people were working as medical assistants and they realized how much benefits they had brought to nurses and

A medical assistant is important to the physicians and nursing staff. Doctors and nursing staff have to be able to concentrate on the medical problems
and concerns of their patients. These assistants keep the physicians on schedule, the healthcare facility on course, the workflow smooth and running,
the patients informed, and the customers comfortable and safe. Basically, they keep the medical office together. Physicians and surgeons have their
own long list of chores and responsibilities to maintain. They just do not have enough time to handle all of the chores that are given to the medical
assistants. Without them, things would be really chaotic and frustrating. Physicians as well as nurses would have way too much on their plate to
manage. In order to become a medical assistant you have to make good grades and finish high school and then go to college. The best college to go
to in Nashville is Remington College. There are many more colleges such as Fortis College, Southern College and Virginian College (Google). but
Remington College is the main one people go to become more successful. The Remington College medical assistant school will get students ready for
their transition into the real world through training in the classroom. People that attend will get familiar with medical

With working at Toyota I always arrive 15 minutes early for work so I can make sure coffee is made, that I have the copies I need to make car packets,
and to make sure it's an easy transition from when I arrive to when the other receptionist leaves. This sometimes does not always happen on Saturdays
and Sundays because the managers rarely arrive early for me to get inside so I would be standing outside for 10 to 20 minutes. I do know a few times
where I was sharing one car with my boyfriend and one of us either had to leave work or school early to pick up the other one or be late to work or
school. Finally we were able to save for a second car and it has made this no longer a problem.
Taking responsibility for your actions and any consequences good or bad that results from the action is another characteristic of professionalism.
Everything we discuss in this essay is a form of responsibility from being on time to never calling out to being respectful and showing personal
boundaries. I am rarely irresponsible unless it comes to time management in which I may splurge on watching a lot of Doctor Who episodes instead of
doing my homework, but my homework always gets done on time. With responsibility comes thoroughness because if you start something you have the

A medical assistant is not a nurse and it is a crime to portray yourself or call yourself a nurse. Medical assistants who have not met the requirements
to be a nurse and call themselves nurses are being disrespectful to those who have met those requirements and have gone to school for many years.
Nurses are more advanced than medical assistants and portraying to be one can lead to confusion of the patient. Medical assistants, unlike nurses are
not allowed to interpret data, diagnose patients, prescribe medications, give out samples, refill prescriptions, perform triage, inject medications into
veins, start, flush or discontinue IVs, provide medical treatment, administer any anesthetic agent, or operate laser equipment. Nurses can delegate
certain duties to medical assistants, but some duties must stay strictly with the nurse. Medical assistants need an understanding of what their scope

With working at Toyota I always arrive 15 minutes early for work so I can make sure coffee is made, that I have the copies I need to make car packets, and to make sure it's an easy transition from when I arrive to when the other receptionist leaves. This sometimes does not always happen on Saturdays and Sundays because the managers rarely arrive early for me to get inside so I would be standing outside for 10 to 20 minutes. I do know a few times where I was sharing one car with my boyfriend and one of us either had to leave work or school early to pick up the other one or be late to work or school. Finally we were able to save for a second car and it has made this no longer a problem. Taking responsibility for your actions and any consequences good or bad that results from the action is another characteristic of professionalism. Everything we discuss in this essay is a form of responsibility from being on time to never calling out to being respectful and showing personal boundaries. I am rarely irresponsible unless it comes to time management in which I may splurge on watching a lot of Doctor Who episodes instead of doing my homework, but my homework always gets done on time. With responsibility comes thoroughness because if you start something you have the responsibility to finish Get more content on HelpWriting.net
