SHORT BIOGRAPHY
I was born in 30th
of August 1986 in a fascinating city called Istanbul. It was Saturday, under the
sign of Virgo. In that week of August people in US were listening to Higher Love by Steve
Winwood. My mom says that I was a very naughty boy and one day she had discovered that
giving me a pencil and a paper just makes me the most well-behaved child ever. My father is a
mathematics engineer and worked as a computer engineer for nearly 30 years so that there
were computers everywhere in our house. That time the computers were newly used in our
country. He was also very talented in painting, drawing, handicrafts and it was very charming
for me to watch him so maybe I owe the spirit to him. I graduated from Yeditepe University Fine
Arts Faculty Graphic Design Department in 2009. I always thought that I would work in a
traditional advertising agency but it went some other way and I met with digital “Hurray!”. I used
to work as a tattoo artist when I was a student, unfortunately nowadays tattooing does not go
beyond being a hobby. I really miss the atelier courses more than anything. I've been working as
a digital art director since 2010. I got married when I was 25. I have a child who is 1,5. I have a
little brother, he is 25 year old and he is a lawyer ( I do not really know to whom he owes that
spirit ). Designing is my job and I’m lucky that I love my job.

I started my career as a jr. digital art in the agency Runway Interactive ( Runway Interactive was
playing a role beside the agency Dream Design Factory ). We were a small team willing to do the
best. In a short time our team got bigger and we moved to a bigger office. After the agency
changed it’s branding to Runway Istanbul our team grew to 35 people. I got an offer from
another agency and left Runway Istanbul.

Bybusto at that time. After several meetings we decided to expand our agency's profile by

As an agency our clients were constructional and medical companies so that we seperated the
agency into two main sections. The sections were Scope Digital and Scope Health.
In Scope Health we became the partner agency of Roche Turkiye. We were preparing the Roche
medicines interactive presentations needed for representatives to present doctors. There was a
web portal called Medikaynak that we prepared. We were also taking lead of the educational
section's video productions, animations and adapting them into the web portal so the doctors
could get medical courses and tests after each course. Also a native app of Medikaynak was
prepared. Beside we were responsible for digitally maintain the brand's communication.
In Scope Digital our main focus was on constructional firms like Nef, And Yapı, Keleşoğlu İnşaat,
Ofton. And beside construction there were firms on other sectors like fmcg, tourism, textile etc.
We were also working on the agency's own startup projects.
