Solution
GripeO is a social customer service platform for
consumers and businesses. Consumers can submit
feedback for any business in one location, in as lit-
tle as a minute, via the web or mobile app. Oth-
er sources of feedback, such as social media and
review sites, are monitored and aggregated to give
businesses peace of mind knowing that opportuni-
ties to improve their customer service will not be

About the team
GripeO is comprised of a functionally diverse team of 7 with a
deep history in corporate and start up web-based software devel-
opment. Hitting on all the core functions of a successful business,
GripeO’s team has no technical limitation that it cannot overcome.
Previous successful projects include developing a social network
with over 275k users, creating and implementing software used
by millions of college students, and orchestrating large scale merg-
ers and acquisitions. We’re consistent, reliable, and respectful.

With an Angel round already closed,

and discipline that an accelerator ex-
perience would provide. After meet-
ing with the Seed Sumo team, we got
hooked on their passion. The prox-
imity to the incredible Cellucor/Nu-
trabolt operation and that gosh darn
beautiful office didn’t hurt either.
