Summary
I have been involved in the insurance claims industry as both a company and independent adjuster for
20+ years. My skills include property and casualty, automobile, heavy equipment, boats, commercial,
and farm owners, as well as liability investigations.
Objectives
I strive to join a team where technical expertise is valued, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Todays’ client base often presents challenges to deliver on the service promises made within the
confines of the applicable policy. We no longer live in a 9 to 5 world, and I understand the importance of

October 2008 – Present- Dineley Claims Services -General Property Adjuster-New England
Independent, multi line adjuster servicing Northern Maine as well as providing Catastrophe support
throughout New England and the Eastern Seaboard.
February 2008 – October 2010- Tilley General Store ‐Self Employed- Tilley, New Brunswick, Canada
Ran a small business for a year before returning to the claims industry. Ran business and worked claims
for about a 9 month period. Also continued the horse rescue operation.
April 2006 – October 2007- Farm Manager-Bratcher Hollow-Self Employed‐ Yosemite , Kentucky
Managed a 127 acre horse rescue operation for older equine with various health challenges. A severe
drought in Kentucky, coupled with the death of my mother-in-law, led to our relocation to Canada in
2008.

Claims representative, handling multi line losses for a 3 county area. Also responsible for securing start
up office staffing and as an agency liaison to ensure a satisfactory customer claims experience.
October 2000 – May 2001- Shelby/Vesta Insurance‐ Large loss adjuster- Mountain Brook, Alabama
Handled large property loss supervision for a 27 state territory.
