 Determine coverage for automobile accidents and explain coverage for automobile bodily injury
claims.
 Investigate liability and injuries involving policyholders and claimants utilizing statements and
other evidence to make the best decision possible for all parties involved in the accident.

 Manage repairs and rental costs to aide policyholders and claimants during the repair process
while also mitigating the cost of repairs and rental costs.
