DesleeClama(DCNA) employs Brittney Mathis as full-time customer service representative.
Brittney is involved in all aspects of the customer service process including, but not limited to,
order processing, shipment scheduling, and processing complaints. She also works directly
with customers providing order status and sales assistance.
In my thirty years in the textile field it is rare to come across a person who tackles her
responsibilities with as much enthusiasm and imagination while having a strong
understanding of the customer’s needs. Brittney is a mature and dedicated person; I have
found this trait to be uncommon among her contemporaries.
Brittney is highly regarded within our company. My peers often tell me that she has a bright
future and are excited to see her develop and grow within the company, which with I agree.
Her consistent contributions to DCNA are very much appreciated. We are sorry to be in a
time of uncertainty but foresee a bright future for Brittney in the field of customer service.
