Waterproofing Systems are liquid-
applied, tough, seamless membranes that
protect against moisture intrusion, resist
environmental contaminants, and offer color
and surfacing options for roofs, decks, and
walls. When properly maintained, Sealoflex
Waterproofing Systems will deliver dependable
service on virtually any building surface.
The systems have been formulated utilizing
three technologies, creating a product range
that offers practical solutions for countless
waterproofing situations.
Modified Silane Technology Sealoflex Enviroflex Systems
Acrylic Technology Sealoflex Water-Based Systems
SEBS Technology Sealoflex CT Systems
Sealoflex Waterproofing Systems are
composed of a primer (if required), followed
by a fabric reinforced base coat layer and a
finish coat. Because they are liquid-applied,
application is efficient, especially on projects
with tight clearance, limited access, or
numerous penetrations. The durable finish coat
is available in a wide array of colors, including
options that are Energy Star rated and Cool
Roof Rating Council (CRRC) rated. The
resulting uniform membranes are monolithic,
flexible, resist UV and environmental
contaminants, and protect against water
intrusion.
Cost-effective Sealoflex Systems can be used
over many surface materials, making them
ideal for the re-cover of existing systems as
well as new construction. Safe and easy to
apply, these proven systems have been the
choice of contractors and building owners
since 1977.
Recognizing the importance of proper
application to the success of a roofing or
waterproofing system, Sealoflex offers reliable
technical support from a team of experienced
professionals. The Sealoflex Technical Group
is available to assist by answering application
questions and helping provide solutions before,
during, and after application.
