They use only certified technicians to perform testing at the specified times. Testing includes viable and non-viable environmental monitoring in compliance with USP <797> standards. Equipment is disinfected before and after each visit and never used in other facilities like animal labs. Preliminary reports are provided on-site with full reports within 48 hours, including gap analyses when requested. They also offer a compliance partner program with ongoing facility monitoring and support.

 Only CETA registered technicians will enter your facility and at the time specified
by your facility. Full explanation of requirements, results, and availability for
questions after testing.
 Experience with both operation and testing of Massachusetts Board Registered
pharmacies as well as institutional settings for both certification testing and viable
environmental monitoring.
 Compliance with USP <797> gowning and materials management AND the SOPs
of your specific facility. Dedicated laundered scrubs, cleanroom shoes and sterile
gowning will be brought to every facility.
 Equipment disinfected prior to arrival and prior to departure that is dedicated to
pharmacy cleanrooms. For instance, equipment will NEVER be brought to an
animal facility, research laboratory, morgue, etc. Videotaping equipment is
waterproof and disinfected.
 Coordination of testing dictated by the needs of the operation and compliance
requirements. Certification testing may be performed off-hours and testing
requiring dynamic conditions may be performed separately. If viable testing may
possibly trigger corrective action, a repeat test will be scheduled and held until final
results are available.
 Certification reports transmitted within 48 hours. Preliminary reports provided prior
to departure. Gap analysis for common compliance issues (floor condition, tile
caulking, rust, etc.) are available if requested.
