20 Years of Commercial Real Estate Experience To The 5th Gear Consulting Team
March 8, 2012: 5th Gear Consulting welcomes aboard Jackie Browning as their VPof Business
Development.With over 20 years of experience in San Antonio Commercial Real Estate, Jackie’s
knowledge of the industry will provide 5th Gear clients, lenders, and commercial real estate professionals a
unique advantage in the SBA lending process.
Jackie’s knowledge of the title and legal aspects of commercial real estate help her identify potential
challenges as well as opportunities that other professionals may not be aware of. As Past President of
CREW-San Antonio, Board Member of South Texas CCIM, Board Member of the Real Estate Council of
San Antonio and the San Antonio Board of Realtors, Jackie’s connections and passion for San Antonio
commercial real estate make her an invaluable member of the team.
5th Gear also welcomes to the team is Daniel Rodriguez. Daniel is a UTSA Real Estate Finance and
Development major and will serve as an intern and part time associate business development officer for the
San Antonio region. Daniel will graduate this fall and join 5th Gear Consulting on a full time basis serving in
both underwriting and business development.
