1. All sites will be subject to availability at the time of bookings/final confirmation.
2. All bookings are confirmed on first come first bases.
3. Production, mounting and dismounting will be charged extra as applicable.
4. The costs are display costs and are subject to change at the sole discretion of BP.
5. All types of jobs involved on our sites will be done by our personnel only due to security reasons.
6. Dismounted Vinyl designs are to be collected within a week's time from our office/godown after the expiry
of display. We will not be responsible for any claim thereafter.
7. We are not responsible for any kind of damage, loss or theft of vinyl/flex within the contract period. Client
will have to provide new flex.
8. Any other tax if levied will be charged separately.
9. Payment 100% advance at the time of booking & the locations will be confirmed only after receipt of
confirmed order.
10. Minimum Booking period 3 months.
