NEGATIVNA REAKCIJA- pošto se informacije na internetu brzo šire, pri negativnim reakcijama koje se šire brže od pozitivnih tvrtka treba imati pravovremene reakcije kako bi spriječila “loš glas” – prenošenje iskustava usmenom predajom (WOM): negativno iskustvo 1 osoba prenese prema njih 10, a pozitivno 1 osoba prenese prema njih 5.

SEM-Korisna ako web stranice nisu optimizirane ili je zbog visoke konkurencije na ciljanim ključnim riječima teško postići visoki rang na rezultatima pretraživanja SEO-Obuhvaća istraživanje ključnih riječi, analizu konkurencije, definiranje ciljanih korisnika itd.
