solution beyond the initial need, offering a replicable and

The scope of this model is intended to be global and utilizes the
emerging interest in new technologies, transferring the same

in provision of software solution services to insurance companies
and any of the operations related to this business.
The increasing demand of these services and the development of
solutions that transforms the business, adding value to customer
relationships by offering a better service and an extra added value.

To do so, they must continue the expansion process hiring engineer
and programmers who provide value the company solutions.
The global picture makes the recruiting process complex as well as
the retention of talent, due to the existing high demand from this
professional. This has caused a need to relocate operations centers,
searching for skilled professionals and a reduction of its cost
structure.

professional education centers forming a total of 200 programmers
and designers, in a market incapable to squeeze in all, forcing them
emigrate or undertake their own business.
