This letter is to whole-heartedly recommend Mr. Boris Jukic as a young and very capable professional. I met Boris
in 2014, during my assignment as a Senior Expert and Feasibility Studies Projects Coordinator at the European
Union Technical Assistance Program (TA Program) Preparation of Future Programming Documents and
Accompanying Project Pipelines, EUROPEAID/131491/D/SER/HR in the Republic of Croatia from February till
September 2014. This was a very complicated program which required significant commitment and cooperative
team work.
Boris is a stand out in every way. I have observed Boris handle a number of responsible professional and
managerial tasks. He has shown the highest professionalism and effectiveness in his work. He is very
entrepreneurial, and eager to try new, better and more effective actions and solutions. He is tactful, respectful,
and excellent in working under stress. His dedication to project objectives may serve as an example to many
experienced international consultants. He is fair and diplomatic. In sum, he is a pleasure to work with. One thing
more, he is very honest towards people and business, which in a long run, is a recipe for success.
In particular, I appreciate his knowledge and interest in EU regulations, international economics and finance, and
business facilitation. He also has a very good grasp of international economy and financial trends, and EU rules
and regulations. He has been a huge asset to this TA Program handled by a team of seasoned EU consultants,
developing critically important EU funds related rules and regulations. Based on my 30 years plus experience, I
may say that his skills exceeded standards for typical EU consultants.
I strongly recommend Boris for any assignment. If you are looking for a young, dynamic, and capable manager
with international business inclinations, Boris is the man! Boris possesses all the right attributes for such
assignments – strong leadership and strategic planning skills, drive, determination and smarts. He is a self-starter
who intuitively pursues correct course of action, and who does so without antagonizing others – as a great team
