Ambition for goals 4,5,16 and 17 of 2030 SDGs EFAO’S
strategic plan Building a better world for and with children
inclusive. In recent decades the world has made
unprecedented progress for children. our mission for rural
areas is as urgent and relevant as ever before: In global
SDG’s goals millions of children are being left behind and
denied the opportunity to survive and fulfil their potential.

EFAO
there to make a change .

Change is what EFAO want to inspire our volunteers by
2020, as well as the strategic steps we will take over the next

three years to get there. EFAO will do whatever it takes to
ensure by 2020 all children survive, learn and are protected
in our community, with a focus on the most deprived and
marginalised children studying in Nkum Sub Division and
other rural communities of Cameroon s we share ideas in
the social media we keep on moving together with other civil
society organizations round the world,building a better
Banten and building a better  world for  children around the
world, EFAO will work together to build a better future for
and with children. “Change is within our reach these rural
education conditions. The vision 2020 is all about building
blocks for achieving our global breakthroughs for children
in our community. It is our wish to  transform the lives of the
most deprived and marginalised children in school  in our
community. EFAO will not leave Bui Division behind we
ensure that we leave no child behind uneducated. EFAO
Collaborate with children, civil society organisations,
communities, governments and the private sector to share
knowledge, influence others and build capacity to ensure
children’s rights are met through our talkubuntu
platform...a school in the cloud,breakthrough solutions for

problems facing children.

EFAO for Change: our model for inspiring breakthroughs
for children We reached more than 200 children through
our work in our community in 2013 and 400 in 2015. We
helped atleast 8 students with scholarship nearly every year
since 2008.

We have distributed about 48 dictionaries to secondary
school students in Banten .Given out sport equipments to
help social activities grow in community.We have given out
6 synthetic footballs to Secondary and primary schools in
South Nkum.During our annual scholarships we have
always given office material like packets of chalk, pencils,
rulers and others.

In recent
years we launched major humanitarian responses to the
create a village human resource development and we are
intending to provide more that five thousand textbook and
some IT tools to facilitate learning in Banten village as the

rural schools are in need of basic academic facilities, the
library will contain nursery school kids needs for GNS
Banten, CNS Banten, INS Banten,INS Mbosha GNS Mbosha
and GNS Diyri. Primary school books for GPS,IPS,CPS all
in Banten ,GPS Diyri,GPS and IPS Mbosha. Strategic Plan
a transforming Secondary education is rendering many text
books to GSS or Government Secondary School Banten and
CCC or Charity comprehensive college Banten. My article
on Globalization and the influence on the lifestyle of people
in typical African society streamlined education s an asset.
We there seek to go behind these goals. EFAO will
developed it strategy for children to address these changes.
There are many factors that influence whether a child is
deprived and marginalised, including income as many
children in our our community said Senjoh Florian the
principal for GSS Banten in the reopening day of 2016
..that the parents have failed to collaborate, poverty, gender
as female children are not will to push forward due to the
challenges facing their gender, geography as these children
Diyri, Banten and Mbosha studying in rural areas lacking
social amenities like electricity, internet and IT tools,

ethnicity or caste where illiteracy is dormant, and disability
I therefore consider them mrginalised Often, it’s a
combination of these factors that deny children the right to
survive, learn or be protected. EFAO will only be able to
ensure that all children survive, learn and are protected if
we are able to reach those who are the most deprived and
marginalised. Only then will we transform the lives of
children and make a real difference.

The united Nation’s Alliance on Civilization is giving us a
remarkable and sustainable shift from the current trend in
the way the world treats children. We will do whatever it
takes to ensure that all children survive, learn and are
protected by 2020.I have lived in this Banten for more than
8years for . Children do not speak English very well and are
not evening having the books to help them study English
which is their working language in school.There are many
cases of abuse and school drop out.

We need
to make parents realise that every child has a right to go to
school and to receive support from their parents and
society.We think that child rights are important because we
were once in the same stage of life.We work with community
partners like the community workshop I attended with
capacity builders from the council in 2011.

.we
organise workshops like the YALI Cameroon workshop of
12th July 2015 in GPS Banten.
We hold
adhoc visits to schools and empower ..We have created a
student Union in Banten to ease work ,working through
parent teacher relationships training them on children’s

rights, violence prevention and genderbased violence.
However,
there are also exciting new elements, such as our focus on
knowledge and our new global campaign as we look
forward featuring in global forums to get to learn where
advocacy should be tilted to and how in 2016 it is the most
needed. Increase thematic focus: Integrate the different
areas of our work and improve the quality to inspire all
three breakthroughs.

Build
children's capacity to study: Strengthen our ability to
respond to humanitarian crises and reach the children who
most need our support.

Build a high performing organisation: Build capable and
diverse leaders and invest in our people as our member
Bongwong Albert is in SHUMAS to gain some knowledge to
power our agro projects to impact on building capabilities
of young rural farmers to engage in third generation
agriculture..as a wish for civic responsibility join the world
as a global volunteer for powering our green projects:
Attract and retain talented staff recognising our people are
our greatest asset.  Develop truly global culture, structure
and governance: Increase our level of accountability and
collaboration so we work better together for children.
Develop global knowledge culture, capacity and systems:
Share and use knowledge of what works for children to
improve the quality of our impact.  Build advocacy and
campaigning capability: We will become the children’s
voices  through our new campaign on children left behind
and build our advocacy and campaigning capacity in
strategically marginalised schools.

EFAO’s wish is to be able to respond to children when they
need us most. Reaching the most deprived and marginalised
children, even when no donor funds are available. Piloting
innovative programs Mobilising the public to campaign for
child rights, that everyone recognises the right of every child

to survive, learn and be protected.

Dear prospective will Ambassadors of EFAO EFAO don't
yet have the words to describe the hope you give EFAO for
the future. Your initiative to join EFAO is full of promise,
and we hope you will be happy and helpful to EFAO, so you
can explore it fully. You've already given EFAO a reason to
reflect on the world we hope live in as our children with
special needs will be given a reason to be. Like all

Organizations, we want the new generation to grow up in a
world better than ours today. While headlines often focus on
what's wrong, in many ways the world is getting better.
Health is improving. Poverty is shrinking. Knowledge is
growing. People are connecting. Technological progress in
every field means your life should be dramatically better
than ours today. EFAO will do it part to make this happen,
not only because we love you, but also because we have a
moral responsibility to all children in the next generation.
We believe all lives have equal value, and that includes the
many more people who will live in future generations than
live today. Our Organization has an obligation to invest now
to improve the lives of all those coming into this world, not
just those already here. But right now in rural communities,
we don't always collectively direct our resources at the
biggest opportunities and problems your generation will
face. We consider Education first .

Today we spend about 50 times more as a society training
people who are ignorant than we invest in research so you
won't get in the first place without considering education
first as a priority. Education has only been a real asset for
less than 100 years, and we've already seen complete
reasons for some failures of development as progress for
mankind in rural communities. As technology accelerates,
we have a real shot at preventing, curbing or managing all
or most of the rest in the next 100 years. Once EFAO
realised that education is an everlasting solution to

problems facing mankind and that if EFAO influence
Education in rural communities, next generation may not
have to suffer , we collectively have a responsibility to tilt
our investments a bit more towards the future to make this
reality.

Curing disease will take time but educating on causes will
or may be a permanent solution. Over short periods of five
or ten years, it may not seem like we're making much of a
difference. But over the long term, seeds planted now will
grow, and one day, EFAO will make the world to see what
we can only imagine: a world without illiteracy. There are
so many opportunities just like this. If EFAO focuses more
of its energy on these great challenges, EFAO will leave the
new generation a much better world.

Our hopes for children living and future generations focus
on two ideas: advancing human potential and promoting
human resource development. Advancing human potential is
about pushing the boundaries on how great a human life can
be. Can you learn and experience 100 times more than we
do today? Can we connect the world so you have access to
every idea, person and opportunity? Can we harness more
HUMAN RESOURCE so you can invent things we can't
conceive of today while protecting the environment? Can we

cultivate entrepreneurship so you can build any business
and solve any challenge to grow peace and prosperity?
Promoting education is about making sure everyone has
access to these opportunities regardless of the nation,
families or circumstances they are born into. Our society
must do this not only for justice or charity, but for the
greatness of human progress. EFAO goodwill initiative
2016 is your own turn Today we are robbed of the potential
so many have to offer. The only way to achieve our full
potential is to channel the talents, ideas and contributions of
every person in the world. Can our generation eliminate
poverty and hunger? Can we provide everyone with basic
education? Can we build inclusive and welcoming
communities? Can we nurture peaceful and understanding
relationships between people of all nations? Can we truly
empower everyone women, children, underrepresented
minorities, and the unconnected? If our EFAO makes the
right investments, the answer to each of these questions can
be yes and hopefully within our lifetime. This mission
statement advancing human potential and promoting
equality will require a new approach for all working

towards these goals. The greatest challenges require very
long time horizons and cannot be solved by short term
thinking. We must engage directly with the people we serve.
We can't empower people if we don't understand the needs
and desires of their communities. We must build technology
to make change. Many institutions invest money in these
challenges, but most progress comes from productivity gains
through innovation. We must participate in policy and
advocacy to shape debates. Many institutions are unwilling
to do this, but progress must be supported by movements to
be sustainable. We must back the strongest and most
independent leaders in each field. Partnering with experts is
more effective for the mission than trying to lead efforts
ourselves. We must take risks today to learn lessons for
tomorrow. We're early in our learning and many things we
try won't work, but we'll listen and learn and keep
improving. Our experience with personalized learning,
internet access, and community education and our children
outreach programs like our workshop of 12th July has
shaped our philosophy. We need children to grow up in
classrooms where they will all learn the same things at the

same pace regardless of our interests or needs and at the
same time will benefit from our upcoming community human
resource centers like the present project in Banten villagge.
EFAO will set goals for what our children want to become
like an engineer, health worker, writer or community leader.
Tomorrow will have technology that understands how
children learn best and where they need to focus. They will
advance quickly in subjects , and get as much help as they
need in rural communities or most challenging areas. EFAO
will explore topics that aren't even offered in schools today.
EFAO team will also have better tools and data to help
youth achieve their goals. Children in rural communities
around the world will be able to use personalized learning
tools , even if they don't live near good schools. Of course it
will take more than technology to give everyone a fair start
in life, but personalized learning can be one scalable way to
give all children a better education and more equal
opportunity. We're starting to build this strategies and
capabilities now, and the results are already promising for
EFAO and it partners. Not only do students perform better
on tests, but they gain the skills and confidence to learn

anything they want thanks to our past scholarships even
though not the best. And this journey is just beginning.
EFAO and it partners have both seen what it takes to make
this work. It will take working with the strongest leaders in
education to help schools around the world adopt
personalized learning. It will take engaging with
communities, which is why we're starting in our Nkum Area
community. It will take building new strategies and trying
new ideas. And it will take making mistakes and learning
many lessons before achieving these goals. But once we
understand the world we can create for your generation, we
have a responsibility as a society to focus our investments
on the future to make this reality. Together, we can do this.
Many of the greatest opportunities will come from giving
everyone access to education in rural communities in Africa.
Some people in rural communities take education for
granted. But for the majority of people in the world,
Education can be a lifeline. Yet still more than half of the
world's children more than 14 billion peuples don't
have access to teacher nor the means to study. If EFAO
connects them, we can lift hundreds of millions of people out

of poverty. We can also help hundreds of millions of
children get an education and save millions of lives. This is
another long term effort that can be advanced by community
outreach programs and partnership. It will take partnering
with governments, nonprofits and companies. It will take
engaging with communities to understand what they need.
Good people will have different views on the best path
forward, and we will try many efforts before we succeed. But
together we can succeed and create a more equal world.
Building a better world starts with building strong and
educated communities. Children have the best opportunities
when they can learn. And they learn best when they are
given access and the right to education. Children who face
traumatic experiences early in life often develop less healthy
minds and bodies. Studies show physical changes in brain
development leading to lower cognitive ability. Knowledge
is a doctor and the solution of last resort. If you have an
uneducated childhood, it's difficult to reach your full
potential. If you have to wonder whether you'll have food or
rent, or worry about abuse or crime, then it's difficult to
reach your full potential. If you fear you'll go to prison

rather than college because of the color of your skin, or that
your family will be deported because of your legal status, or
that you may be a victim of violence because of your
religion, sexual orientation or gender identity, then it's just
because you lack knowledge. We need institutions that
understand these issues are all connected. That's the
philosophy of the new type of school EFAO is building in the
mind of all stakeholders. By partnering with schools, youth
centers, parent groups and local governments, and by
ensuring all children are well educated, only then can we
collectively start to give everyone an equal opportunity. It
will take many years to fully develop this model. But it's
another example of how advancing human potential and
promoting equality are tightly linked. If we want either, we
must first build inclusive and well educated communities. As
EFAO begin the next project , we also begin the to join
people across the world to advance human potential and
promote equality for all children studying in rural
communities. We will give 99% of our Facebook shares
during our lives to advance this mission. We know this is a
small contribution compared to all the resources and talents

of those already working on these issues. But we want to do
what we can, working alongside many others. We can do
this work only because we have a strong global community
behind us. Building Facebook has created resources to
improve the world for the next generation. Every member of
the Facebook community is playing a part in this work. We
can make progress towards these opportunities only by
standing on the shoulders of experts our mentors, partners
and many incredible people whose contributions built these
fields. And we can only focus on serving this community and
this mission because we are surrounded by loving family,
supportive friends and amazing colleagues. We hope you

We need institutions that understand these issues are all
connected. That's the philosophy of the new type of school
EFAO is building in the mind of all stakeholders.

By partnering with schools, youth centers, parent groups
and local governments, and by ensuring all children are
well educated, only then can we collectively start to give
everyone an equal opportunity. It will take many years to
fully develop this model. But it's another example of how
advancing human potential and promoting equality are
tightly linked. If we want either, we must first build inclusive
and well educated communities. As EFAO begin the next
project , we also begin the to join people across the world to
advance human potential and promote equality for all
children studying in rural communities. We will give 99% of

our Facebook shares during our lives to advance this
mission. We know this is a small contribution compared to
all the resources and talents of those already working on
these issues. But we want to do what we can, working
alongside many others. We can do this work only because
we have a strong global community behind us. Building
Facebook has created resources to improve the world for
the next generation. Every member of the Facebook
community is playing a part in this work. We can make
progress towards these opportunities only by standing on
the shoulders of experts our mentors, partners and many
incredible people whose contributions built these fields. And
we can only focus on serving this community and this
mission because we are surrounded by loving family,
supportive friends and amazing colleagues. We hope you

EFAO  Collaborate with children, civil society
organisations, communities, governments and the private
sector to share knowledge, influence others and build
capacity to ensure children’s rights are met through our
talkubuntu platform...a school in the cloud,breakthrough
solutions for problems facing children. EFAO for  Change:
our model for inspiring breakthroughs for children We
reached more than 200 children through our work in our
community  in 2013 and 400 in 2015. We helped atleast 8
students with scholarship nearly every year since 2008. We

have distributed about 48 dictionaries to secondary school
students in Banten .Given out sport equipments to help
social activities grow in community.We have given out 6
synthetic footballs to Secondary and primary schools in
rulers and others. In recent years we launched major
humanitarian responses to the create a village human
resource development and we are intending to provide more
that five thousand textbook and some IT tools to facilitate
learning in Banten village as the rural schools are in need
of basic academic facilities, the library will contain nursery
school kids needs for GNS Banten, CNS Banten, INS
Banten,INS Mbosha GNS Mbosha and GNS Diyri. Primary
school books for GPS,IPS,CPS all in Banten ,GPS
Diyri,GPS and IPS Mbosha. Strategic Plan a transforming
Secondary education is rendering many text books to GSS
or Government Secondary School Banten and CCC or
Charity comprehensive college Banten. My article on
Globalization and the influence on the lifestyle of people in
typical African society streamlined education s an asset. We

. We're starting to build this strategies and capabilities now,

and the results are already promising for EFAO and it
partners. Not only do students perform better on tests, but
they gain the skills and confidence to learn anything they
want thanks to our past scholarships even though not the
best. And this journey is just beginning. EFAO and it
partners have both seen what it takes to make this work. It
will take working with the strongest leaders in education to
help schools around the world adopt personalized learning.
It will take engaging with communities, which is why we're
starting in our Nkum Area community

. It will take building new strategies and trying new ideas.
And it will take making mistakes and learning many lessons
before achieving these goals. But once we understand the
world we can create for your generation, we have a
responsibility as a society to focus our investments on the
future to make this reality. Together, we can do this. Many
of the greatest opportunities will come from giving everyone
access to education in rural communities in Africa. Some
people in rural communities take education for granted
. But for the majority of
people in the world, Education can be a lifeline. Yet still

more than half of the world's children more than 14
billion peuples don't have access to teacher nor the means
to study. If EFAO connects them, we can lift hundreds of
millions of people out of poverty. We can also help hundreds
of millions of children get an education and save millions of
lives.

. This is another long term effort that can be advanced by
community outreach programs and partnership. It will take
partnering with governments, nonprofits and companies. It
will take engaging with communities to understand what
they need. Good people will have different views on the best
path forward, and we will try many efforts before we
succeed. But together we can succeed and create a more
equal world. Building a better world starts with building
strong and educated communities. Children have the best
opportunities when they can learn. And they learn best when
they are given access and the right to education. Children
who face traumatic experiences early in life often develop
less healthy minds and bodies. Studies show physical
changes in brain development leading to lower cognitive
ability. Knowledge is a doctor and the solution of last resort.
If you have an uneducated childhood, it's difficult to reach
your full potential. If you have to wonder whether you'll
have food or rent, or worry about abuse or crime, then it's
difficult to reach your full potential. If you fear you'll go to

prison rather than college because of the color of your skin,
or that your family will be deported because of your legal
status, or that you may be a victim of violence because of
your religion, sexual orientation or gender identity, then it's
just because you lack knowledge. We need institutions that
