Supervise the operation of the Security Department of a 32-acre 6 building luxury hi-rise
apartment complex located in Fort Lee, New Jersey. Tasks include but are not limited to the
following:
 Establish the installation and operation of the State of the art digital camera, keyless
entry and fire alarm system through the complex;
 Administer hiring and monitor of 100 plus employees at the complex;
 Interface with all Borough of Fort Lee Police, Fire and Office of Emergency
Management Officials;
 Organize daily incident reports and prepare annual budget;
 Attend weekly assembly with Associate Board of Directors and compose presentations
at monthly open shareholder’s’ meetings.
