Provide managerial support for over 100 accounts and 10,000 man hours within the NY/NJ metro region
Direct supervision of three account managers and one operations manager as well as over 400 security officers.
Provide superior managerial support to insure maximum profitability while achieving 100 % client retention for
the past six years. Developed and maintained safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for both the security staff as
well as the client staff. Developed and maintained Operational Procedures Manual and Post Orders for each account.
Provided both site specific and company training including quarterly re-training for each security officer at each assigned account.

National Security Manager – Headquarters 12/30/99 to 6/1/2006
Responsible for all security operations at the Panasonic North American Corporate Headquarters which encompasses over
1.2 million square feet and over 3500 employees as well as responsibility for physical security and life safety policy
at other various regional offices located throughout the United States. Provided physical security surveys for regional offices,
designed to enhance existing security systems including CCTV, fire, life, safety systems and anti-theft or burglar alarms.
Negotiate and administer all service contracts pertaining to physical security and fire life safety including contract security
staff , access control systems, and fire protection systems. Oversee contract security services totaling over $1.5 million
annually and directly oversee the supervision of a twenty-four hour Security staff comprised of over 55 security officers.
Direct a twenty-four security operations center which monitors over 100 facility wide CCTV cameras, a state of the art
facility wide fire/life safety system, the Panasonic card access system which is currently being rolled out nationwide, and
emergency phone calls (911). Developed and supervised an all volunteer Fire Captain program comprised of Panasonic
employees, consultants and contractors. Direct investigations with positive outcomes in conjunction with local law
enforcement. Prepare, maintain and administer a Security Department budget of over $ 5,000,000 annually.
