 At this LoHi community, I was responsible for all leasing, resident relations, marketing, bookkeeping,
retention management, community events, ownership communication, budget planning, unit turn
coordination, vendor compliance, and day-to-day operation.
 Successfully brought Lumina from 85% to 100% to close the first year of operation.
 Implemented a renewal spreadsheet to track and follow up with current resident renewal leases
that proved beneficial and went live across the company.
 Coordinated with ownership, residents and retail tenants during the retail space construction.
 Property sale in May, 2016.
February 2014 – October 2015 Fairfield Residential Denver, Colorado
Assistant Property Manager – Talavera Apartments, August 2014 – October 2015, 240 units
 Class A property in a highly competitive and quickly growing Cherry Creek market.
 Consistently upheld the occupancy goal of 95% or above while closing renewals at 50% or higher.
 Responsible for ordering all office supplies and marketing collateral.
 I managed an office team of three employees and maintenance staff of five. Under my tutelage, our
leasing agents became some of the most consistent and recognized leasing agents in the region due
to hard work recognition and motivation.
 Oversaw all leasing activities and marketing plans, including attending housing fairs, hosting pool
parties, and outreach marketing to nearby businesses.
 I was responsible for all property bookkeeping in addition to leasing an average of ten apartments
per month and executing all renewal leases. Our renewal leases averaged a 4% increase and were
consistent with industry trends.
August 2013 – February 2014 Fairfield Residential Lakewood, Colorado
Property Bookkeeper – Red Rocks I and Red Rocks II, Combined Properties, 589 units
 This location was broken up into two separate communities that were managed by one office. I was
responsible for all bookkeeping including processing rent payments, depositing checks, delivering 3-
day demands and balance letters, moving residents in and out of Yardi, resident dispositions,
collection accounts, evictions, as well as leasing when the leasing staff needed help.
 Conducted an average of four evictions per month along with processing legal paperwork and
coordinating with the staff and County Sheriff.
 Awarded the “Rockstar Attitude” award in December, 2013. I was chosen from a pool of over 100
employees by showing an enthusiastic and positive attitude in the office with a strong passion for
delivering memorable customer service.
 Property sale in February, 2014.
February 2012 – August 2013 Fairfield Residential Denver, Colorado
Leasing Agent – Legacy Heights, 324 units – Cielo, 201 units – Presidio, 398 units – Legend Oaks, 389
units
 Floating experience between two properties at one time without dropping sales numbers at
Presidio and Cielo, both are luxury Class A properties in DTC.
 Experienced in property sales and due diligence. Proven ability to adapt to new communities and
markets around the Denver Metro.
 100-year flood at Legend Oaks in East Denver in September, 2013. The community had 24
completely flooded units that required temporary housing and relocation. Throughout this process,
I proved my ability to calmly and efficiently work under harsh, stressful environments. The Regional
Manager personally thanked me for my efforts during this difficult time and recommended my
promotion.
 Comfortable understanding of renovation and rehab units including the scheduling of upgraded
countertops, new appliances, new light fixtures, and new flooring.
 Thorough understanding of Yardi, LRO, Entrata, PopCard, ADP, BaseCamp, Google Services,
Microsoft OS, and several other Property Management software programs.

 As a Student Intern with Marriott International, I was a poolside server, a fine dining server, a
private club server, a bartender, a front desk associate, and a banquet assistant. I also spent a
significant amount of time shadowing a team of managers in both professional and training
practices.
 Shadowed three different managers from separate operations of the resort – Occupancy Manager,
Banquet Manager, and Restaurant Manager. Here, I learned the daily operations of one of the
nation’s most successful resorts including forecast meetings, weekly event planning, restaurant
trends and marketing strategies.

August 2006 – May 2011 University of Wisconsin-Stout Menomonie, Wisconsin
B.S. in Business Management, Emphasis in Hospitality Management, Minor in Spanish
