trusted by PT. Jasa Marga (Persero)
to operate Jakarta Outer Ring Road
(JORR)
5. What is CIM?
CIM is a platform used by every employees of JLJ and
also become a “link” between management and the
employees, vice versa. So it will create a condusive
environment to become a learning organization.

Knowledge management became an approach
which enable organizations to manage
information and knowledge in better ways. With
Knowledge management, organizations would
run more competitive, and always responsive
towards changes

12. Simultaneously Influenced
R square: 45,3 %.
As the result, three variable (personal factors,
organizational factors, and technological factors) are
influencing towards employees sharing as much
45,3%. Which means these variables simultaneously
influenced towards knowledge sharing.
13. Partially Influenced
As the result, only organizational factors were
influenced partially towards knowledge sharing. The
percentage of organizational factor influence towards
knowledge sharing was 30.6%.
