What is CIM?
CIM is a platform used by every employees of JLJ and
also become a “link” between management and the
employees, vice versa. So it will create a condusive
environment to become a learning organization.

Why Knowledge are so
important?
In the 21st century, organizational
success depends on how much
knowledge they had and how they
use their knowledge

Knowledge should be managed:
Knowledge management became an approach
which enable organizations to manage
information and knowledge in better ways. With
Knowledge management, organizations would
run more competitive, and always responsive
towards changes

Knowledge Sharing
The point of succesfulness on
knowledge management
(Pradana, 2007; Susanty et.al.
2014)
Knowledge sharing activities were not only happened
directly (face to face) but also could be done through
internet usage (Nurmahmudiyah ,2013)

Simultaneously Influenced
R square: 45,3 %.
As the result, three variable (personal factors,
organizational factors, and technological factors) are
influencing towards employees sharing as much
45,3%. Which means these variables simultaneously
influenced towards knowledge sharing.
Partially Influenced
As the result, only organizational factors were
influenced partially towards knowledge sharing. The
percentage of organizational factor influence towards
knowledge sharing was 30.6%.

3. Organizational guidelines
for using social media
Organizational Culture:
1. Colleagues activeness
2. Depedency on decision
making
3. Depedency in distributing
time for working task

 Maintain managers performance who have
knowledge sharing routinely in using CIM
 Upgrade collaboration in and across bussiness unit
 Conduct an online communities of practice for all
division in JLJ company.
