Job Position: Production Operator
• Monitor daily production inputs into electronic data gathering
software and comparing input data with output data for correctness.
• Access remote locations to check well s, maintain normal operating
levels, pressures and flow on separation equipment.
• Enter daily volumes, well tests, down time and shut in wells
(Artificial Lift and Natural flowing well)
• Gauge tank for transfer of crude oil and water to central proceessing
area(CPA) and taking meter factor oil/water.
• Utilize production surface facilities to optimize production and
reduce Safety and Environmental impact.
• Familiar with permit to work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA),
Isolation of Energy, SOP,Safety Observation, LOTO, ISO 14001 and
OHSAS 18001.
• Good knowledge of PLC Operation.
• Understand the Basic engineering process and able to read P&ID and
PFD.
• Familiar in cylinders for sampling out-site testing as well as for t
aking watercut every day and continue making report for Production
Supertintendent.
• Experience in various well testing operations, including high
temperature, high pressure, and High H2S Content wells. Utility air
for instrumentation, all well device such as SCSSV, SSV and Pneum
atic SDV.
• Make Adjustment to automatic and manual control.
• Supporting Work Over Service and Rig of Drilling, such as Bleed off
pressure,Flashing flow line Well, Install/pull out BPV using
Lubricator, install/disconnect Lock Down Screew, Install/Setting

3. Tubing Hanger, Cavity Test X-Tree, Sonolog and Well testing.
• Handling chemical injection (calculated rate of chemical injection
and adjust flow rate).
• Familiar with communication using radio and telephone.
• Update liquid level wells (Sonolog Program) using Echometer.
4. JOB AREA
1. Artificial Lift Well Plant: (3 years 6 months)
Responsible for Artificial Lift Well Plant including :
Keep Monitoring condition of Parameters well, operated production
surface facilities such as Start Up/Manual Shutdown/Speed Up/Down of
Variable Speed Drive for Well Using ESP, Adjust Adjustable Choke for Maintain
Production, Well testing, adjust rate of Chemical Injetion (Scale Inhibitor,
Corrosion Inhibitor and Demulsifier) at wells,Manifold and Test Separator then
taking watercut of wells, operated Gauge tank for transfer crude oil/water to
CPA and taking meter factor of oil/water, continue make a daily report to
Production Superintendent.
Supporting Rig Work Over/Drilling such as Bleed off Pressure, Install/pull
out BPV, Install/dismantle Lock Down Screew, Setting Tubing Hanger and Well
testing of new wells.
2. Natural Flowing Well and Water Disposal Wells: (1 years 4 months )
Responsible for Flowing Well Plant including :
Monitoring flowing well performance incude all well parameters gauge,
API Gravity, Basic Sedimen and Water. Closed monitor to all safety devices
which support on well specially for Sub Surface Safey Valve which controlled
by hydrolic pump.
Monitoring pressure and rate of water injection from Central Proccessing
Area (CPA) and operated manifold water injection.
