9. GOING TO MARKETSTRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AND TARGETED FACEBOOK ADVERTISING
Our first two years in business have been about developing the technology and proving there is a market for it.
Our next two are all about forging partnerships, building our subscriber base, and evolving our technology.
10. Strategic Partnership 1: Revenue Driver
Getty Images is the premier provider of stock photography with a library of
over 20 million images. PostCreator has just signed a deal with them that will
allow us to incorporate their API into our web app and allow our subscribers
to search and license stock photos from their massive library. This should have
two significant effects on our business. First, it will increase our revenue per
subscriber by 50%. Second, it will amplify the lifetime value of a subscriber,
currently at $187. The integration of Getty’s API will also give us a distinct
competitive advantage in the marketplace. To the best of our knowledge,
there won’t be a place where you can license Getty Images for less.
11. Strategic Partnership 2: Distribution Channel
PostCreator embarked on a pre-partnership test with Endurance in Q1
2016. Endurance is a publicly-traded company with more than 5 million
small business subscribers. It is also very acquisitive, with a portfolio of
about 50 brands. Their most recent acquisition was email giant Constant
Contact for $1.1 billion. The results of our test were very positive, and we
are partnering with them on ways to address the needs of Endurance’s
other partners, companies and customers.
12. Targeted Facebook Advertising
Our Facebook advertising tests to date have
produced thousands of subscribers at a cost
as low as $11.51 per acquisition.
As of 9/16, Customer Lifetime Value is $297.
Based on our tests, a well-planned and
funded Facebook ad campaign will drive
significant ROI and subscriber growth.

14. PostCreator would be a
game-changing addition to
Facebook’s ad creator tool.
Right now you can upload images from
Shutterstock within Facebook’s ad
creator tool. Imagine if you could then
overlay a headline & embed your logo.
You wouldn’t need an agency to create
powerful, professional advertising.
POTENTIAL EXIT 1
15. PostCreator is the missing
link in the Hootsuite toolkit.
Hootsuite has 10 million users of their
social media tool. It currently enables
them to schedule posts and examine
analytics among other things. What
Hootsuite doesn’t currently offer is a
creative tool that enables you to easily
create great looking branded posts.
Then it would truly live up to their claim
‘everything you need in one place.’

posts on Hootsuite. Just upload an image, overlay a message,

POTENTIAL EXIT 2
16. Why stop at AdWords?
PostCreator would be a beautiful
addition to Google’s family of
business products, and would enable
them to mine additional revenue from
existing AdWords™ clients, as well as
attract new advertisers. After all, a
picture’s worth a thousand AdWords.
POTENTIAL EXIT 3
