QUALIFICATIONS
 Experience: Extensive high-tech and healthcare marketing and strategic communications
experience. Worked closely with hundreds of companies and senior executives in developing
public relations programs targeting markets which ranged from the enterprise to the consumer
covering a broad spectrum of technologies, including chips and components, hardware and
software, networking and telecommunications, Internet, Web 2.0, social media and professional
services. Areas of healthcare experience include HIPAA compliance, electronic health records
management, healthcare informatics and medical devices.
 Leadership: Key member of senior management team that grew agency from less than 20
people and annual revenues less than $2M to 150 people across three offices with $20M in
annual revenues. Sold agency to Fleishman Hillard in January 2000. Continued leadership role
at agency now operating as independent subsidiary with its own P&L.
 Operations Management: Member senior executive team which managed overall agency
operations. Consistently met revenue and profitability targets.
 Business Development: Managed agency’s business development function. Led teams that
won many of the agency’s key accounts including: Lotus Development Corporation, IBM, Intel,
Cognos, Shiva Corporation, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Manhattan Associates, Kronos Inc.,
Kodak, SkillSoft, and Abbott Labs.
 Strategy: Led teams in developing breakthrough communications programs that defined new
market categories, including: groupware and collaboration, remote access, streaming media,
digital rights management, supply chain execution, RFID, enterprise governance and risk
