To Whom It May Concern:
It is with pleasure that I write this recommendation letter for Bilal Rida. As the Manager for
the Health Care Training Programs Department, I have supervised Bilal during his Academic
Internship for a couple of months during his assignment at the American Red Cross.
I witnessed firsthand his commendable work ethic and relentless efforts to complete work
assignments and meet program objectives. Bilal was regularly charged with the
responsibilities such as contacting our program graduates for information needed for grant
reporting, he often inputted course graduates into our National data base portal, attended
health career fairs to disseminate brochures’ and explain our course offerings. In addition he
assisted with various supportive responsibilities related the administration of our health care
programming and services we provide to the community.
Mr. Rida’s initiative and confidence has resulted in a solid performance and his calm,
energetic and productive capacity would be a benefit to any employer. If I can be of further
assistance in this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
