MANAGER JENIFFER
Developed a comprehensive plan to reduce turnover by
focusing on improving hiring, communication, the
work place and supervisory training
Five distinct groups working- differentiated by age and
stages in their career with different needs and interests
Modified the communication style and motivation
techniques she used with each employee to reflect the
group to which s/he belonged
18. Found out that college students were most interested
in building skills that they can later apply in their
careers
Began offering skill development and career planning
discussions to keep the employees contained working
for UPS
To lessen intimidation, she improved lighting
throughout the building and upgraded break rooms to
make them more user friendly
