Roles and Responsibilities
As System Designer:
 Handling and tracking SW requirements (Issue SW) in REQM-Tool
 Coordinating SW requirements (Issue SW) between customer project, customer platform and
Bosch development

Project Description :
In past functional request from VW-Audi were separately implemented in Diesel software and in
Gasoline software. This was making double effort spending for a same function.
To reduce these extra efforts Diesel software and Gasoline software were brought to a common
development environment called SDOM. As a process of this, migration of all the common software
was identified and migrated to new development environment.

Project Description :
This relay provides over current protection for power systems. Relay operating
time is determined by selecting definite time characteristics or one of the five
inverse time characteristics i.e.3s normal inverse, 1.3s normal inverse, 1.5s very
inverse, 0.8s extremely inverse and long inverse).the relay measures the current
from each of the phases and if it exceeds the set threshold, the relay extends a trip
signal after an operating time as determined by the selected curve.
Communication facility: Communication software provides the facility of data
acquisition and Supervisory control of the relay from remote location for the user.
Software also records fault history of the device.
The relay Provides time graded phase and earth protection for generators,
Transformers,capacitors, etc.
