Test Analyst
MMFR Project
 Currently working in the Money Market Funds Reforms (MMFR) project, this project is to
be compliant with the federal government laws.
 Understanding the infrastructural changes within the organization i.e. the roles of different
channels / teams.
 As a overall QA Lead, prepared test strategy for the overall project which involves
the roles and responsibilities of all the teams involved within Schwab.
 Preparing test cases and reviewing the test cases that are prepared by offshore.
 Validating the test case coverage by mapping the user requirements to the test cases.
 Prepared the feasibility analysis for doing the functional automation using Selenium
using the existing data-driven frameworks and successfully completed the functional
automation.
Common Credential Store Project:
 This project is about collecting all the different credential data into a single repository
on mongo DB i.e. the data which is currently being stored in DB2 tables has to be
migrated into mongo DB and once migrated, the data will directly flow into Mongo DB.
 Validated the field level mapping between DB2 columns and Mongo DB fields
and ensuring that all the field types and lengths are matching properly.
 Validated around 200 field’s test data to ensure that the batch job is picking up the
data properly and the services are loading the data properly on the Mongo DB.
 Validated the end-to-end flow of import process (picking data from DB2 table using
a batch job and migrating it into Mongo DB) and identified around 60 defects.
 Developed a automation tool using java script and xls macros to perform

 Developed a java script automation to refresh the specific set of data in test
regions.
 Tested the real-time working of logging data directly into Mongo DB by various
real business scenarios and identified many defects which helped in a smooth
production install without any problems to the end- customers.
 Reporting the team’s testing status on daily basis and also reporting the overall
project status on a weekly basis.

Mercury Project (SIP):
 This project is about providing the customer with a highly confidential profile and also
providing the customer with a specially organized plans for trading.
 Played the role of an offshore Lead for the project.
 Executed and validated the services using SOAP UI and identified around 35 bugs.
 Took the ownership of performing end-to-end integration testing between teams
and ensuring the changes between teams are in sync.

Responsibilities:
PCIS (Plan Case Installation Services)
This is a JAVA-Mainframe interface application where front end in JAVA (using SOAP UI urls)
and backend is mainframe Stored Procedures (with and without multiple result sets) to
automate case set up via JAVA.
 Analyzed the existing complex COBOL DB2 stored procedures and made
enhancements as per the business requirements.
 Developed new COBOL DB2 stored procedures by cloning the business logic for the
retirement of CICS screens and using the front JAVA SOAP UI interface.
 Testing the Mainframe Stored Procedures with different data combinations from SOAP UI
and capturing the responses.
 Performing SQL tuning to reduce the DB2 cost.
 Performed unit testing by providing input and validating the output using IBM data
studio.
