• Human resource play an important role in the development of
organization as the performance of the company depend on
how efficiently we use it in the organization.
• In order to fulfill the requirements, it is essential to recruit
people with expertise skills, knowledge, qualification and
experience for doing that we have to understand the
requirement of company.
• Recruitment and Selection is an important operation in HRM,
designed to maximize employee strength in order to meet the
employer's strategic goals and objectives.
• It is a process of sourcing, screening, shortlisting and selecting
the right candidates for the required vacant positions
