Description RMS implementation activities include the following modules
1.RMS Foundation (merchandise & organization hierarchy ) ,supplier , item data Load
The overall approach of Data conversion toolset is to use one data loading script for each table or
functional area, based on input files provided by the legacy system. These scripts are executed in
sequence through a master wrapper script (UNIX shell script).
2. Apply relevant Oracle methodologies and best practices in order to customize software
implementations.

1.RMS activities include the following modules
. Worked on custom PO validation and all PO Scrubber activities
- Validated all the pkms(WMS) order and updates the drs_order_status
(Custom audit table)table with the status
- Check if more than 9 sizes exist on a PO
- Verifies that PO type is not null
- Verifies that the cost for the items on the purchase order is not zero
- Retrieve the email id of the buyer whom the validation email has to be send
- Send email to the buyers about the details of the validation for the PO
- Check if the PO has a GMM assigned .If GMM is not assigned then send an email
- Update ordhead status to worksheet since the validation for this order has failed
- Verifies that season is not null
- Verifies only 1 department can exist in order etc..

Worked on custom Open order report
This is a weekly report which shows the total order qty ,received qty and balanced open qty for
PO(open) in subclass level. Build a back end PLSQL package which covers functional details in 5
customized functions .Once the users has keyed in the item hierarchy inputs (Department,
class,subclass) for which the report has to display the partially fulfilled purchase orders details in that
merchandise section else the report will run for all the department/class/subclass
Business (Style analysis) report
This is a weekly detail descriptive report, includes information about the items under Pos which
are not closed . The report attributes are
- last 3 weeks of sales data
- current inventory, in transit
- open order qty
- last year this week sales ,inventory, in transit status
RMS Support Activities
- Support the Overnight batch and Meet the SLA
- Control M staging table load
After completions of overnight batch put the log in the oracle tables . This table is used by
the user for detailed analysis of overnight batch .
- Sending some adhoc reports as per customer requirement
- Reprocess rejected sales data
2.Rdw Enhancement includes the following modules
- Implementation of Netezza database and data migration from Rdw oracle to Rdw Netezza.
- Developed ETL for JDA Planning system
- Developed ETL for Micro strategy reports
- Developed full ETL as well as monthly delta ETL for JDA Size Scaling application using
Neteeza data warehouse as the data source.

The upload into Hyperion was done using the Hyperion tool MXL Scripts. We do not wish to
utilize MXL Scripts for further data transformation.

Global Planning Solutions (GPS) is the implementation of the Hyperion Planning application.
Phase 1 of GPS addresses income statement planning (Sales, COPS, OPEX, OID) for
demand realization (DR) affiliates.

Actuals.

Description I was working in the onsite-offshore Model where I did the daily status review with offshore
team leads to check whether there is any missing dead lines ,impact to the project scope
and resolving project related issues.
In MDI Release 7, I was involved in developing new interfaces without affecting the
functionality of the existing ones . These Interfaces get data from SAP through datafiles and
load the data into oracle tables of MDI through Sqlloader . The whole process was
automated using unix shell scrits which are executed automatically through cron jobs.
