Promoted in October 2007 to Executive Team as General Counsel and Secretary. Provided day to day advice on
all corporate and product matters, including extensive restructuring activities, drafted and negotiated all types of
commercial agreements, including supply, manufacturing, licensing, co-promotion, severance and employment
contracts. Provided FDA/regulatory counseling on copy review, advising Sales Division, implementing rules
pertaining to annual sales meetings, attending same, interpreting the new PhRMA Code, extensive review of
off label rules due to acquisition of a controlled substance, and all attendant rules and regulations pertaining to a
controlled substance. Additional responsibilities included managing the HR and Corporate Security functions.
