Key Responsibilities:
Negotiating, drafting and advising on key commercial contracts,procurement, outsourcing,software, SaaS,
hosting,licence, development, integration, support and maintainance agreements, NDAs, guarantees and
letters of credit, consultancy and employment contracts. This is a stand-alone role whereby I act as lead
negotiatoron complex multi-million pound global deals including software and development, detailed SLAs,
structuring and closing deals, advising and training on data protection, IP advice, supporting the company's
strategic requirements, working closely with highly skilled procurement negotiators,adhering to internal

matters.
