Patintero is one ofthe mostpopular Filipino Game. The game is sometimes calledHarang Taga or Tubigan (because water
is used to mark the grid lines on softearth). Patintero is played by two teams with equal members in each team.
SKILLS DEVELOPED BY THE GAME
The game will measure the speed, agility and witty attention of players, and their ability to play, notas separate individuals
but as a united team. oalg
All the runners should be able to pass through the grid lines – all from the first till the end – and back again at the starting
area, that they’re not being tagged. The taggers will also do the job ofguarding, one tagger in each grid line, and will sto p
the runners from passing through the line by catching or tagging them using the pat or the hand, reaching the front part of
the runner’s body, NOTTHE BACK PART
