To Whom It May Concern,
As seen below in my CV I have had a wide variety of field I worked in. Due to circumstances
beyond my control, there were times when I was unemployed.
I am a passionate, loyal and honest worker. I believe in doing the correct things right the
first time and I see myself as an essentialist. Concentrate on what is essential to make the
best of the task at hand. I do not believe in non-essentials and try and cut it out as much as
possible. In other words, on a task, I believe in doing “less but better”.
I am known for being able to communicate on all levels, both on formal and social levels. I
have had to liaise with levels up to Uniformed General and in some cases Ministerial levels
and I am also very able to communicate with the lowest levels.
I believe in team work and like to get lower levels involved before making a decision to
mirror what their experience on ground level is and to get some suggestions which I will
then consider before making final decisions.
I am an honest person and believe in transparency at all times. I also believe that anybody
can make mistakes but use it as learning for others as to where one could have done things
differently.
I believe in “praise in publics and punish in private”.
I am a Christian and value it very much but on the other hand, I respect all individual views.
I also believe in the happiness of employees and the satisfaction of customers, I believe that
if you have happy employees, they will make it a great experience for the customers to deal
with the company I am with.
I am an extrovert and like to have encounters with customers as well as employees, thus
enabling me to find the issues which make them “tick”.
In short who I am and what kind of principals I value. My personal principals are a non-
negotiable asset.
I trust you will find this in order.
Kind regards,
Swannie Swanepoel
