 Conducted training based around an advanced system, and all 20 crew members under
my guidance passed with 100% completion rate
 Approached to conduct a mediation between two peers in an hostile situation, with
calmness and positive reinforcement amicable results were reached
 Efficiently managed a diverse workforce spanning multiple cultures, and built an
accepting atmosphere resulting in overall morale increase
 Received sexual harassment prevention training, which allowed me to be an advocate for
victims in the workplace
