Who as anaudience struggle with stress?
• Statistically people who are stressed the most are normally those who live in poor conditions (or treated as minorities),
followed by woman, single parents and those that feel responsible for many things such as family care situations.
Other people can also be affected including Young people and even Men but technically almost everyone will suffer from stress
from time to time, it mainly depends on their background and their lifestyle.
Statistics show that people aged between 45 and 54 agree that work is the most stressful element of their lives. At 55 and over,
concerns about health take over. Each age group deals with stress in their own way. So it depends on who you are, what you go
through in life in order to be affected by mental health.
