Requirements
For A/V
SOUND: Lavaliere microphone – wireless or with a long (at least
50 foot) cord. It is preferred that this is not the same microphone
that the introducer will be using.
STAGING: A riser/stage approximately 8 inch x 12 inch or larger as
close to the audience as possible. A lectern is not needed. If a
lectern is being used for other presenta ons, please posi on it at
least four feet from the front edge of the “stage”. Ntozelizwe will
work in front of the lectern.
Ligh ng is important. Please make sure Ntozelizwe has a well lit
“performance area.” Most mee ng rooms (and their exis ng
ligh ng) are fine, but when Ntozelizwe does a er-dinner pro-
grams the lights must be full and bright.
