Manitowoc Project
We have recently started work on the 30,000 square foot expansion to the facility of
Manitowoc in Cleveland, Ohio. The expansion will add manufacturing space as well as a
commercial kitchen which will be used for customer support, equipment testing, and sales
training. More than 100 new manufacturing jobs will be created as a result.
Other Recent Projects
Sky Zone
The Sky Zone franchise, purchased by Cleveland Jumps LLC, is finishing being built on
a four-acre parcel in the Beacon Westlake business park. The 30,000 square-foot recreational
facility is an indoor, all trampoline-walled park that is great for all ages and fitness levels. They
offer various activities ranging from 3-D Dodgeball to their SkyRobics fitness class.

Stellar Automotive
The work called for a 30,000 square-foot addition to the west of their existing warehouse
located in Medina County.
Cobra Plastics
The job consisted of a new mezzanine for Cobra Plastics in Macedonia as well as a
renovation of their old building in Twinsburg.
Space Available In Copley
The space located in our building in Copley, Ohio is 8,125 sq. ft. and it can be used in a
variety of different ways. Some possibilities include microbreweries, gyms, ice cream shops,

Employee Spotlight
Emerson Marshall
Emerson Marshall has been with Beacon Marshall for 10 years now. Emerson is the
Senior Project Manager, responsible for all constructions
projects. These duties include coordinating and overseeing
all site work, quality control, and safety assurance.
Emerson also oversees and coordinates property and
equipment management on all of Beacon Marshall
properties. When Emerson is not working, you can find
him riding his Harley, paddling his kayak down a river,
camping, or spending time with his wife and two children.
