Responsibilities
· Performs submittal reviews and coordinates submittals with subcontractors and vendors.
· Maintains the Contractor’s Request for Information (RFI) Log for each project. Expedites
responses through the RFI system.
· Provides close coordination and interface with Site Field Engineers.
· Manages preparation of O & M, Testing & Commissioning documents required for handover to
customer.
· Termination /Testing and trouble shooting of MDB, SMDB, & DBs
· Pre – inspection of fire alarm system as per NFPA 72
· Pre – inspection of switch and sockets location for low current system and power layout
· Site supervision of all MEP works.
· Overall management of Electrical, CCTV, Fire Alarm System, Voice Evacuation & Addressable
Emergency Lighting System [Self Contained & Central Battery System] projects from
initialization to till the completion of the project.

2. Other Skills
· Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP,
UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP).
· IP addressing and subnetting, Routing concepts, VLSM/CIDR.
· Working knowledge with routing protocols - RIP V1/V2, OSPF,BGP,EIGRP
· Expertise in designing and Implementation of Microsoft Active Directory
Infrastructure.
· Distribution of Windows XP Professional and Windows server 2003 OS images.
