Barry Weir is a retired English businessman who became wealthy in the mobile homes
industry. Since his retirement he has become a leading authority on Britain's Mobile
Homes Act of 2013 and offers consulting advice on it. The new law went into effect on
April 1, 2014. Barry Weir says that most mobile home park site owners won't be
affected by the new law very much. That is because most park sites are operated by

It happened one day when he was walking along the beach's promenade with his
wife in February 2010. He saw a man who he first thought was just playing in the
surf, even though the man was fully dressed in a black suit. Barry Weir knew
something wasn't right, and called the coastguard on his cell phone. But he became
alarmed when the man rolled over in the surf and lie there, face down. Barry Weir
said he didn't think twice about rushing to try to save the man. "It was just second
nature, really," he said.

rally in 2000.
