THINK THEORY
It is all about YOU and ME…
“The world, as we have created it, is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing
our thinking.” ― Albert Einstein
Why human race is a superior living species on earth? What makes human very special?
The answer is well-known to all of us - The “Ability to THINK”, the 6th
Sense of a human being,
differentiating humans from the rest of the living species.
Though we are gifted with the power of thinking, what percentage of the humans using the 6th
sense
effectively?
It is very common these days to hear people talk about “Think Big”, “Think Different”, “Think Beyond”,
“Think Out of the Box” etc. Why “Thinking Factor” is so important in our day to day life?
THINK Theory is a dedication to the most sophisticated species, so called “Human Being”. Most of the
time, we hardly realize or believe we are blessed with one extra sense i.e. the “Ability to Think” and we
often forget to think. Think Theory is all about You and Me, a unique way to discover yourself, based on
the characteristic distribution between your Ability to Think, Willingness to Listen and Self-
Righteousness.
I don’t know if I can do justice in helping every individual to think around their interest, preferences,
aspirations etc. But to start with, if this Think Theory can help every individual to start thinking and
realizing their own personality; I believe, we can expect a constructive revolution in the human race.
“Five percent of the people think; ten percent of the people think they think; and the other eighty-five
percent would rather die than think.” ― Thomas A. Edison

THINK THEORY
“Every individual develops all the 3 following characteristics Ability to Think, Willingness to Listen and
Self-Righteousness within oneself, based on one’s aspiration in life and no one can deny it or claim they
don’t. The percentage split of these 3 characteristics defines an individual’s personality.”
Think Theory is a guide for any individual to easily assess and understand his/her or any another
person’s personality, by evaluating the percentage split of these 3 characteristics.”
Key 3 Characteristics used in Think Theory.
Thinker (T) – A character, having a strong ability to think & visualize something unique. Think from every
perspective, carefully analyze the pros & cons, validate and find a way to execute them, all by
themselves. The dependency on external source for ideas/solutions/suggestions is normally, only when
a need arises.
Listener (L) – A character, having the willingness to listen, consult multiple individuals to learn and seek
their suggestion/opinion/solution on a particular topic and subsequently consolidate, analyze, validate
and execute, by themselves. The dependency on external sources to awaken their thinking ability is
normally high.
Self-Righteous (SR) – A character that has neither the ability to think, nor an inclination to consult an
external source to decide on anything. Having characterized by a certainty, especially an unfounded one,
that one is totally correct or morally superior. Their dependency on external sources for
suggestions/opinions is generally very less.

None of the above 3 characteristics are superior or inferior. Individuals with dominant percentage of any
of these 3 characteristics have made the world speak about them, have hit the headlines, created
history and succeeded in their own space. However, the only difference each of them exhibit is their
personality.
Think Theory brings out that difference in personality; by evaluating the dominant, the subsequent and
the submissive character in any individual.
Formula for using the Think Theory:
Rule 1: The percentage split of dominant character should be higher than the other 2, while the
percentage split of the subsequent character is greater than the last character.
Think Theory: A > B > C = 100%, where A is the dominant character, B the subsequent character and C
the submissive character.
Rule 2: The dominant character should be above 50%. Higher the percentage of the dominant character,
the personality of that individual is more prominent.
How to get started:
Do a probability listing of all the possible combinations, using the 3 characteristics. List them and
identify the one which is relevant to your personality.
Possible Combinations of Personality:
1. Thinker (T) > Listener (L) > Self-Righteous (SR) = 100%
2. Thinker (T) > Self-Righteous (SR) > Listener (L) = 100%
3. Listener (L) > Thinker (T) > Self-Righteous (SR) = 100%
4. Listener (L) > Self-Righteous (SR) > Thinker (T) = 100%
5. Self-Righteous (SR) > Thinker (T) > Listener (L) = 100%
6. Self-Righteous (SR) > Listener (L) > Thinker (T) = 100%
7. Thinker (T) ~= Listener (L) ~= Self-Righteous (SR) = 100%
For an easy understanding and explanation, let us consider A = 45%, B = 30% and C = 25%. However, the
above explanation of Rule 1 & Rule 2 still holds good under any circumstances and the variance in the
percentage split.

Findings and Conclusions:
1. ~80% of the mankind falls under Toddler personality.
2. Majority of us feel they fall between Creator, Influencer, Entertainer, and Dictator. As
Philosopher & Destroyer personalities are rare and extreme respectively. It is very difficult to be
a Philosopher, while none of us want to see ourselves as a Destroyer.
a. If your dominant character is Thinker, subsequent character is Listener; then you are a
Philosopher. If your subsequent character is Self-Righteous, then you are a Creator
personality.
b. If your dominant character is Listener, subsequent character is Thinker; then you are an
Influencer. If your subsequent character is Self-Righteous, then you are an Entertainer
personality.
c. If your dominant character is Self-Righteous, subsequent character is Thinker; then you are a
Dictator. If your subsequent character is Listener, then you are a Destroyer personality.
3. Ability to think positively is found between personalities 1 and 3, while you might find
personalities between 4 and 6, slightly negative.
4. The dominance and the percentage split of the 3 characteristics, gets distributed based on the
individuals’ own aspirations, interest, preferences, likings etc.
5. Every individual should prioritize on developing the dominant, subsequent and the submissive
characters, based on their own ambition and aspirations.
6. The key personality examples used in each of the personality group, possess higher percentage
of dominant character in their respective personality group. Hence, consider these key
personality examples as a reference.
I believe, Think Theory will awaken the human race to realize the power of thinking and start using our
6th sense most effectively.
“We are gifted with the “Ability to THINK” the 6th
Sense, if you can’t Think, don’t call yourself as a
Human” ― Balakumar Ravichandran.
