Dear Matthew and all the team at Beauty Planet,
I write in the first instance to thank you for all that you have done in enabling our vision for the
Renaissance Centre to become a reality. We have been through a very challenging period of time
to secure appropriate funding to allow us to create outstanding teaching and learning facilities
within the world of Hair and Beauty. Your personal input, and that of your colleagues, has without
doubt significantly helped us achieve outstanding value for money and at the same time create
the desired facilities.
The dynamic and unique design which you have created, developed and delivered has meant that
Inspire@Renaissance is now at the forefront of teaching and learning within the world of Hair and
Beauty training. The feedback from our students and staff alike has been nothing but positive,
and this in itself has helped give a big lift to the whole community. It places us in a position of
real strength as we work hard with our local community in the further development of a vibrant
vocational training facility within this area of Preston.
The flexibility of approach, and “out of the box” thinking has been vital as we transformed the
previous science facility of the school into the state of the art facility we now have. My specialist
colleagues are thrilled with their new teaching environment and I am very grateful that you were
able to adjust elements of the plan to meet their needs as the project developed. This very much
helped create the bespoke outcome we desired.
This is the second major project we have worked closely with yourselves on. The professionalism
that you and your colleagues have brought to these projects has been excellent and we are
extremely satisfied with the final delivery of the design, the furniture/fittings and the installation
of the entire Salon.
