Key Deliverables
Monitoring all the measures and analysing the operational performance of all company’s
equipment; identifying areas for improvement and implementing remedial measures.
Managing & directing the maintenance activities at the rigs in country of operation and
providing maintenance crew to the rig site and warehouse (main store).
Developing and implementing appropriate technical standards within the company’s
management system. Overseeing and assessing existing scheduled preventative
maintenance routines and initiating changes in accordance with Qa procedures thereby
achieving constant improvement.
Implementing stock control of all mechanical spare parts kept on the rig and ensuring that
sufficient spares are available at the rig site in order to support the day to day
maintenance routines and operations critical maintenance requirements.
Coordinating with the tool pusher for repairs mechanical equipment’s and devices.
Placing order and preparing correct materials to be used for the repair during shutdown
and convenient time to avoid lost time; recommending modification and careying out
fabrication for the maintenance side.
