To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter of recommendation for Becky Rudisill as evidence of the type of employee she
has been at AT&T Telecommunications. Becky will retire next month with over 31 years of faithful
service to AT&T. I have known her during the past three years as a supervisor, coworker, and friend.
During that time I have observed her to be an outstanding employee who is willing to take on whatever
challenge might come her way. She requires very minimal if any supervision, and she can pretty much
determine the correct path forward on any problems or roadblocks without support from her
supervisor. She is a problem solver that will get to the root of any issue in short order.
I have also noted that Becky is truly dedicated to performing at a high level regardless of the task at
hand. She always comes to work on time or early, and she immediately launches into her day’s tasks
with exuberance and energy. At the end of the day, she has accomplished much, again with virtually no
supervision. I highly recommend Becky for whatever position you might have available. AT&T’s loss is
