2. Prepare draft of PPT on paper.
First slide should be “TITLE” on the top
and “Name of the Presenter” at the
bottom along with identification based on
how audience can recognize.
3. •Second slide can be used to explain about
the topic-meaning, nature and characteristics
etc,.
•Next slides will present “Main Body of the
PPT”.
4. Last but one slide should be “Any Queries”
which gives open offer to audience to ask
questions.
Last Slide should be “Thank You”.
5. After preparing draft, prepare PPT using MS-
Powerpoint.
Use appropriate examples if required.
(Photographs, Sounds, Videos can be used.)

8. Must keep in mind that audience will be of
two extremes i.e.,
