major cleanliness issues.
12. LITTERING
→We could easily spot
wrappers, boxes, plastic
bags, and many more
such things entangled all
along the broken
boundaries of the market
complex.
→Though consumption
of narcotics is banned
pan –campus but still
there were red spit-spots
all around the corners.
13. INSECTS AND PESTS
→We have been reported and
observed increased activity of
mosquitoes, flies and
even snakes in the complex.
→ This issue becomes more
pressing in the monsoons, as the
number of mosquitoes and
other insects is alarmingly high,
which is a great
problem for the people there.
→Also, due to the broken boundaries,
Children are vulnerable
to fall and snake bites.
14. WATER LOGGING
The market complex is surrounded by three pits.
One of them has already become a dumping site
for the nearby people and stinks, and other one
has also started to become a sewage tank these days.
Due to no proper drainage system, water logging
has also become an issue for the people.

17. Self introspection
We are the people living in an IIT. So,
as smart and responsible citizen of our
country, we should always keep in
mind that there is no on who can
clean our spread waste and litter all
the time. Also, spitting on the corners ,
and roads and throwing bags and
wrappers all around should be
considered as a shameful practice and
those people who do it should be
discouraged to do so.
18. Using Insect and pest control
methods, and channeling of sewer
lines from the area.
→We should try to eliminate the root cause of all this, which is
water logging and garbage in that area. In this way, we’ll be able to
get rid of both the two Major problems faced by us.
→Nowadays there are very effective insecticides and pesticides
available in the market, which can be used.
→But we should not use deadly chemicals to destroy the beauty of
our area, we should adopt organic methods to do so. This will
open a wide range of research and development in the field of
organic pesticides and insecticides for the people here, which will
make us able to discover and help the mankind in a direct way .
