of a production deal between Plan B Entertainment and New Regency.

In 2013, RatPac partnered with Dune Entertainment on a multi-year motion picture co-financing
arrangement with Warner Bros. Financing over 1 billion dollars for 75 films including Gravity, The
LEGO Movie, Annabelle, American Sniper, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Conjuring 2,
Suicide Squad, The LEGO Batman Movie, Kong: Skull Island, Wonder Woman, Justice League,
Stephen King’s It and Ready Player One. RatPac has also partnered with New Regency on numerous
films including the Academy Award-winning Birdman and The Revenant.
Through its RatPac Documentary Films label, RatPac develops and finances a number of award
winning feature length theatrical documentaries and shorts, including the Peabody Award winning
and Emmy nominated Holocaust documentary Night Will Fall, Author: The JT LeRoy Story, as well as
Before The Flood featuring Leonardo DiCaprio, which chronicles his campaign to raise global
awareness about the dangers of climate change in his role as a UN Ambassador of Peace.

Warner Bros. has closed a financing deal with RatPac-Dune Entertainment, a four-year partnership
with Dune's Steven Mnuchin, filmmaker Brett Ratner and Australian billionaire James Packer, to fund
up to 75 upcoming films. The total funds are expected to be in the $450 million million range
