1. Transcripts for a 2016 zoning-related civil action pertaining to residential construction in close proximity
to the Wyckford Commons subdivision were sealed by Bucks County, prohibiting them from becoming
accessible to the general public. The reasons for this remain undisclosed. Sealed records are common in
criminal litigation; they are not common in real estate proceedings. A formal request was made to view
said transcripts in 2017 (below). The request was denied.
