from the ground, our methodology to collect the right information in order to deliver the right
intelligence report for you to build up your strategy.
• Even if you know the market exists, the regulation is favorable towards your development,
some business partners are identified and the budget has been evaluated, there is always a
risk to move forward in a new territory. We help you to identify risks, establish a strategy of
development, rank priorities and make sure to optimize our customer’s ROI.
• Sometimes our customers are not feeling comfortable with the language, especially when it
comes to sign official documentation. We can help them to settle their company, coordinate the
communication between the client and the lawyer/authorities.
