10 Steps to success
1) Call with responsible manager to discuss the role & profile you are looking for.
2) Confirmation E-mail with the discussed terms of work.
3) Match candidates to the set requirements from our network & database.
4) Interview matched candidates (in person if possible) to check company fit, experience & profile.
5) Comprise coversheet, summarising the interview, desired salary & CV.
6) Weekly evaluation to discuss profiles & progress.
7) Plan in & prepare interviews with candidates & hiring managers.
8) Debrief candidate & client after to discuss next steps.
9) Contract negotiation between client & candidate.
10) Complete paperwork for client and candidate and monitor progress for first months.

* Jordan founded the Payments & Cards Network in ‘08 & has been involved in Payments since 2002, he has a background in Water-sports tuition & is originally from the UK.
* Rogier graduated from Maastricht University with a MSc in Finance. He spent 8 months in Mumbai, India working as a business consultant to Dutch based companies.
* Charles has over 3 years of recruitment experience & is responsible for building up the French speaking market, both inside & outside of Europe.
* Lewis joined the team as a Senior Global Consultant in 2015. Lewis is a Master of Science graduate in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam. He is mainly
responsible for the British Isles market.
* James lives in Hout Bay, just outside Cape Town & heads up our African initiative as the Payments & Cards market becomes an ever present interest in the region. James has a
10 year background experience in management consulting.
* Bill joined Payments & Cards Network in 2014 & heads up our Finance & Legal department. Bill is here for any queries finance related.
* Amir has joined the Payments & Cards Network to increase our brand value & other marketing related activities and heads up our Marketing Department. He has a deep
understanding of online marketing & is currently finishing his business studies in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands.
* Mandy has joined the Payments & Cards Network as a Recruitment Consultant and is mainly responsible for the Asia Pacific region. She speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese

He spent 8 months in Mumbai, India working as a business consultant to Dutch based companies. * Charles has over 3 years of recruitment experience & is responsible for building up the French speaking market, both inside & outside of Europe. * Lewis joined the team as a Senior Global Consultant in 2015. Lewis is a Master of Science graduate in International Relations from the University of Amsterdam. He is mainly responsible for the British Isles market. * James lives in Hout Bay, just outside Cape Town & heads up our African initiative as the Payments & Cards market becomes an ever present interest in the region.
