The Canadian Football League (CFL) is the highest level of competition for Canadian football. The CFL was founded in 1958 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. It has 9 teams split between the East and West divisions that play a 20-week regular season and playoffs in November. In 2014, the Calgary Stampeders won the CFL championship.
